Welcome to Coach Tory’s Summer Challenge! This off-season training program runs from April 1 to September 1 and is designed to help young hockey players stay sharp, build strength, and develop elite habits through fun and focused off-ice skill work.
Each month includes 8 drills that players can complete at home with minimal equipment. The more drills you complete, the more points you earn—and the more chances you have to win prizes!
If you’re not on Coach Tory’s 2025-2026 11U hockey team, you’ll need to register to be eligible for prizes. There’s a small cost to help support the prize pool, and team discounts are available for groups registering together. Players on Coach Tory’s team are already enrolled and don’t need to register.
Anyone is welcome to complete the drills and share their progress, but only registered participants will be eligible for end-of-summer prizes.
🛠️ How It Works
- Each month (April through August), a new skill set will be released with 8 unique drills.
- Players complete the drills and post short 30-second videos to Facebook or Instagram.
- To receive credit, each post must tag

. - Drills can be repeated for bonus points, but you can only earn points on one drill per day.
- Players earn points for every drill completed and extra entries into a raffle for additional prizes.

- 10 bonus points for completing all 8 drills in a month.
- 2 points for each extra drill repeated after completing the full set. (max one per day)
